### **2. Booking & Confirmation**
* All bookings can be made via call, message, or online (if applicable).
* Confirmation will be provided via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
* We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of emergencies or unavailability.
* Customers must provide accurate pickup details, timing, and contact information.

### **3. Pricing & Payment**
* Fares are based on distance, vehicle type, trip duration, and time of booking.
* Prices may vary during peak hours, weekends, holidays, or night-time.
* Any additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, or state entry taxes are payable by the customer.
* Payments can be made in cash, UPI, or other digital modes as accepted by us.
* Advance payment may be required for outstation or long-distance travel.

### **4. Cancellation & Refund Policy**
* Cancellations must be made at least **2 hours** before the scheduled trip time.
* Cancellations within 2 hours of trip time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
* No-shows will be charged 100% of the fare.
* Refunds (if any) will be processed within **5-7 business days**.

* Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. MY Holiday Planners is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
* Smoking, drinking, or carrying illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
* Any damage to the vehicle caused by passenger negligence will be charged to the customer.
* Passengers must wear seat belts and follow safety instructions provided by the driver.
