At **MY Holiday Planners**, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our drivers. Please read the following terms carefully.

### **1. Cancellation Timeframe**
* **Local & Airport Bookings**:
Cancellations made **at least 2 hours** before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any cancellation fee.
* **Outstation Bookings**:
Cancellations made **at least 6 hours** before the journey start time will not incur any cancellation fee.

### **2. Late Cancellations**
* Cancellations made **within 2 hours** (local/airport) or **within 6 hours** (outstation) of the pickup time may be subject to a **cancellation fee of ₹200 or 20% of the estimated fare**, whichever is higher.

### **3. No-Show Policy**
If the customer is not available at the pickup location and does not respond to calls from the driver or company within **15 minutes** of the scheduled time, it will be treated as a **no-show**, and **100% of the trip fare** may be charged.

### **4. Driver-Initiated Cancellations**
In rare cases where a driver must cancel due to unforeseen reasons (e.g. vehicle breakdown, health emergency), we will:
* Inform the customer as soon as possible.
* Offer an alternative vehicle (subject to availability).
* Provide a full refund of any advance amount paid (if applicable).

### **5. Refund Policy**
* Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within **5–7 business days** to the original payment method.
* MY Holiday Planners is not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or bank.
